Setup CI verification for camsa-functions

- CI should be firing on PRs, running the tests and providing advice to the PR
- As this is a public project, DCO bot should be configured to check for a DCO sign off

• Build status (for each branch?) should be shown in the README
• Documentation about how each branch gets updated should be added somewhere
