Cleanup custom resource for automate 1 and rename chef-automatev2

As of now Automate 1 is fully deprecated but it seems here we have the custom resource for both Automate 1 and Automate 2.

We can think of removing Automate 1 custom resource and rename Automate 2 to chef-automate with a backward-compatible resource?
