NameError for AixBootlist and AixPagingspace resources #93

Scenario:
We're trying to use the AixBootlist and AixPagingspace resources but we receive an "uninitialized constant Chef::Resource::AixPagingspace or uninitialized constant Chef::Resource::AixBootlist" NameError when we try to run the cookbook. These resources are in the 2.2.0 version of the AIX cookbook according the the source but they don't appear to be available to use.
We were able to use the aix_nimclient and aix_etchosts resources from the AIX cookbook so we know we've mapped out dependencies correctly.

Expected Result:
I'd expect all the resources list in the readme to work unless a caveat was listed in the readme.
