Create an option for grab-all-posters.py to follow Plex naming convention

+1 to have an option to save in this naming convention and folder hierarchy, but to also include the episode images.

   /Heroes
      /Season 01
         Heroes - s01e01 - xxxxx.mkv
         Heroes - s01e01 - xxxxx.jpg
         Season01.jpg
      /Season 02
         Heroes - s02e01 - yyyyy.mkv
         Heroes - s02e01 - yyyyy.jpg
         Season02.jpg
      /Season 03
         Heroes - s03e01 - zzzzz.mkv
         Heroes - s03e01 - zzzzz.jpg
         Season03.jpg
      poster.jpg
      background.jpg 

Having the ability to name the episode jpg the same as the source media file would be so great!
