Can a Packed Bubble chart be created using Chart.js?

I'm looking to create a Packed Bubble Chart where x and Y are meaningless, the bubbles are arranged on the canvas in a non-overlapping manner as can be done in Tableau or D3. Theoretically, I suppose one could write code to place the bubbles dynamically but I don't think I have the "geometry chops" for that...
