label and animation overlaping each other

I am first time using the chartjs, got a stuck at one point, I have tried multiple option with labels and animation. I have shown bar, multiple line in one chart, the issue is lables and animation i.e custom label for each data point is overlapping each other , it is not readable. I am using animation.OnComplete to show the lable

The keyword is: custom. We can't accept your code as a bug of Chart.js.

For labels that do not overlap, see the datalabels plugin (you'll need the 2.x version for Chart.js v3)
