Space between highest bar and highest step

How can i add a space between the highest bar and the highest step. and also how can i add numbers on top of bars

how to add space on top so the highest will be 7

and also how can i add the values on top of it like this

For the numbers on top you can make use of the data labels plugin: https://chartjs-plugin-datalabels.netlify.app/samples/charts/bar.html.

To get more space between highest bar and highest part on scale you can override the max of the scale in the config

Chartjs plugin datalabels doesn't work on chartjs 3.x.x
