Annual wheel, ideas?

Has anybody seen a good example of an annual wheel or disc planner done in Chart.js? Here are some examples: https://plandisc.com/en/template-for-an-annual-operating-plan/

Needs to be somewhat simple to edit code by hand to create one.

Our of pure curiosity, I personally wonder if this is possible. Currently exploring how far I can get with this, as I expect this requires a lot of customization. I will add more parts as I go along.
