How Can I make the x axis lable clickable and add hover option to label

I would like to make x Axis labels clickable in the Cash Flow chart and clicking on them is the same as click on the chart graphs.

Is a Cash Flow Chart like a waterflow style chart? Where the x scale is on standard position? Do you want to add a link or do something special?
