How to make X axis ticks fixed in chart js when we have vertical scrolling?

Hello Team,
I got stuck at one requirement in chart js version 3. We are using chart js version 3 in react in one website. I have been working on it for the past 18 months. Recently I am working on floating bars requirement and I got stuck to make x axis ticks fixed when we have vertical scrolling . I have tried many ways to achieve but didnt work . I need help or sample code for demo to make x axis ticks labels fixed when we have vertical scroll bar .
