Privacy concerns at chartjs.org

Dear Chart.js project team,

I just browse to your chartjs.org website and was sorry to see that you rely on the US company Cloudflare Inc. for hosting:

I appreciate your project.

But for me as a website visitor from Europe, this turns out to be extremely problematic.

Therefore, I would be happy if this would be considered and if serious thought could be given to a more privacy-friendly (and dsgvo-compliant) hosting provider.
