Shift charts to same start point

Hello,

I have a chart with a line and a bar chart combined, each with its own y-axis scale.
Is it somehow possible to make both of them start at the same height (something like a dynamic offset)?

As seen in the picture, the blue bar chart (right axis) should start at the same "0" line as the line chart (axis on the left)
