EDIT: there are many places I found vocal SHEVA treated as silent SHEVA.

E.g. Gen. 10:11 אֶת־נִ֣ינְוֵ֔ה
ʔɛθ-ˈniːinˈveː
ˈniːinˈveː should be ˌniːnaˈveː

That one may take some substantial work, and will likely have some trickle down effects (api shape will likely change -> so schemas have to change -> so the site has to change)
