Incorrect doubling of word initial digraphs

Also pʰ if doubled should be ppʰ and not pʰpʰ like in Gen. 1:12 ˌʕoːsɛː-pʰpʰaˈʀ̟iː that should be actually ˌʕoːsɛː-ppʰaˈʀ̟iː
Same with kʰkʰ -> kkʰ and tʰtʰ -> ttʰ

Just to flesh this one out a little more:

	initial	medial
qal	פְּרִ֛י pʰaˈʀ̟iː ✅	נִשְׁפֶּה֙ niʃˈpʰɛː ✅
chazaq	❌	עִפַּ֖ר ʕipˈpʰaːaʀ̟ ✅

A word initial dagesh chazaq should appear under the following conditions:

• the previous word is in construct
• the final syllable of the previous word is open
