Here's How to Subscribe to the Newsletter via RSS

If you'd like to subscribe to the CHAOSSmonthly newsletter, you can do so through an RSS feed reader.

The URL to subscribe is https://github.com/chaoss/community/discussions/categories/newsletters.atom or https://openrss.org/github.com/chaoss/community/discussions/categories/newsletters

Examples of some feed readers that have been tested with Open RSS are:

https://openrss.org/github.com/chaoss/community/discussions/categories/newsletters is not showing updates at the moment; maybe it takes a bit to notice?

Also, I'm an Inoreader user and openrss.org blocks them for some reason.

@chris-short looks like GitHub's native RSS/atom URL has been extended to include discussions.

This works in my Feeder, but I'd be interested to see if it works for you? https://github.com/chaoss/community/discussions/categories/newsletters.atom

I was able to get Inoreader's web feed feature to work on the Newsletter category, that's good enough for me. But my concern is that other readers might also be blocked.

Inoreader's Web Feed is a scraping tool that creates a feed based on web page elements. In this case, it's pulling links from the column of links to discussions on the Newsletter category page. After closer review, it's not quite right. Sorry for bringing it up. But it's at least putting a clickable link to those discussions in my feed.

Ok! That's helpful. I kept both RSS links in the description above, so hopefully folks can get one of those two to work!
