How about putting the contents part to a sidebar navigation?

When the list grows, it will become helpful while reading.

I'm not totally sure what the future of this resource is going to be. My concern with with the sidebar is just that it adds complexity on mobile. Right now, the whole thing is pretty fairly straight forward.

Before adding a sidebar, I'd really like to get all this in a README and generate the site from that.

I'll leave this open for the time being.

I think the sidebar is pretty good as it's right now. Clean and simple.
