What is the reusable scope of the webRTC source code provided as a sample?

박준수 님 검토 의견입니다.

현재 소스 코드(webRTC)는 VAD(Voice Activity Detection) 모듈만 가져다 사용 한거 같다.
데이터 송수신은 tp/udp 소켓 프로그래밍으로 구현되어 있다.
