Wrong visible range when outsideDaySelectable is enabled

🐛 Bug report

I think the visible range should return the star and the end of the view instead of the month.
For example if I want to display some information on the days of the view. I can't show the information on all days of the view only the month.

🧭 Possible Solution

Option to change the behavior of the visible range and the machine to use the information of the view instead of the month.

Visible range maps to the start and end date value based on the numOfMonths.

It’s not connected to outsideDaySelectable in anyway. Feel free to customize it in your app based on the view.

How would I get the start and the end of the view in this example?
My intuition would be that the visibleRange returned the range of the view instead of the month...

I think this should do the work:

            start2: datePicker.weeks[0][0].toDate("America/Sao_Paulo"),
            end2: datePicker.weeks[datePicker.weeks.length - 1][6].toDate(
              "America/Sao_Paulo"
            )

But I think there should be a value in the machine returning the start and the end of the view.
