Seeds

Thanks for this project. The code refers to a seeds folder in 

```
print('Loading data...')
seeds_dir = os.path.join(os.path.dirname(__file__), '../data/seeds')
ne_dic = load_seeds(seeds_dir)
file_path = './docs.json'
```

that it is not the repo. Is it missing for some reason? I wonder how to run this tool.
