Version issue

Hello,

Thank you very much for your example, helped me a lot!
I have an issue, the actual mainnet.json file, for the pool example provided, have 2 things changed:
version:5 and marketVersion:3, and in your file is version: 4 and marketVersion:4.

This is generating a issue when building transaction, with the coin_vault mismatch
