Add parsing functionality to the prompt classes

Add parser functionality to the prompt classes so each prompt template class implement the parsing of the llm response.

Moved the basic parser function to the AbstractPromptTemplate class and updated the call to the parser in the pipeline to be called from the PromptTemplate class. Each subclass should override the function for specific parsing.
