Error #2
Description
When claude code tries to use tool, this error happens:
API Error: 400 {"detail":"litellm.BadRequestError: OpenAIException - An assistant message with 'tool_calls' must be
followed by tool messages responding to each 'tool_call_id'. The following tool_call_ids did not have response
messages: call_sVabMby3Tu1c9c8PSt4XFLDS"}
Can you please check what is the issue?
