Hide/collapse global settings

The global settings take up almost half the space, and you always have to scroll quite a long way to get to the keypad settings.
It would be handy if the global settings were collapsed in an accordion box like the "Keypad actions" or "Available variables".

It would be a bonus if the accordion box opened automatically when the "Server URL" and/or "Access token" input fields are empty.
