Streamdeck won't connect to Home Assistant #333

Hi, if you are using wss://, you need a valid tls certificate. Self signed certificates will not work (I can do nothing about it because this is controlled by the stream deck app). If you do not use tls at all, try ws:// instead of wss://. Besides that, everything looks good to me. |

Doesn't work with ws:// either, unfortunately. I've tried both ways. |

So I just got it working today... this is how I did it. Full disclosure, I have a custom set up... I'm hosting my own DNS server, RProxy, and other network customizations in my house. My DNS server points ha.mynet.local to my local HomeAssistance host, I use RProxy so I don't have to remember a port on anything I use, I can just go to https://ha.mynet.local. I have a virtual linux box set up so I can generate self-signed certs and use them on the network. I do not use Let's Encrypt or DuckDNS (deleted them today) and I have a secure connection through the Nabu Casa app. If something isn't working, let me know and I'll see if I can help get it working. Good Day everyone, I hope you're doing well. I'm having an issue with Home assistant and stream deck not connecting.
I've created the LL token but I can't get it to connect.
I've never tried to connect it before so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. If anyone has any insight, I would greatly appreciate it.
THanks.
