Pull icon from HomeAssistant for switches

Right now, the plugin only pulls icons from HomeAssistant as a default codepath. Custom icons for entities like switches are ignored. The plugin should pull custom icons from switches if they're specified in HomeAssistant (but still set the colour based on state).
