Minimum Flask version?

What is the minimum flask version supported? (or the one this was developed or tested with)

As first commits are from 2017-08, the current version there was v0.12.2 (according to https://flask.palletsprojects.com/en/1.1.x/changelog/)

What is the minimum flask version supported? (or the one this was developed or tested with)

To be honest: I have no idea. In 2018 we also had version 1.0.2, but I can't reconstruct what we used in 2017.
