Will calamari be replaced by ceph mgr in the future?

Luminous having a new daemon called ceph-mgr.  Which seems to be monitoring system. 

Can someone explain what is the difference  of ceph-mgr and calamari? If they both are designed to  monitor ceph cluster then why need two?
