Is "Device" REALLY a generic name? Nondescript ≠ generic #1

Readme:

Bluetooth -> Device name -> Keep this generic, I recommend setting it to Device

Is "Device" really a generic name though? Generic means common, not just nondescript. I am doubtful of how many Bluetooth devices are ACTUALLY just named "Device." This could very well make it unintentionally unique, and therefore very easy to fingerprint/track.

Is there any public data on "most common Bluetooth devices names" or something?
