Cluster API Addon Provider for cdk8s

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to share a project I am currently working on:

An Addon Provider for the Cluster API project.

Currently - as you might guess - it's in an early stage of development, but enough to get started and to use cdk8s deployments with the Cluster API project.

The pull request for the integration into the clusterctl cli is currently open:
kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api#12332
