Completing at close-of-business August 12?

We have been saying that we were expecting to complete the first CLI version by the end of this week. Can I get a roll call from all the devs if they still think this is true?

I believe we will be able to make it. The release pipeline is ready to go, we are just making some final touches on the library release portion
