Hi,

I'm getting this error trying to check NDJSON datasets against their associated schema:

Unable to resolve JSON Pointer '/$defs/Column': Property 'Column' not found.

I'm no JSON schema expert so hope someone could fix this.

I seemed to have fixed it. There wer actually more than 1 error in schema. Here attached the udpated version.

Thanks, @dostiep ! The JSON schema is generated by a LinkML generator from the LinkML logical model in YAML. I will see what went wrong there.

There was also en encoding error and I fixed it. Please see attched the new version.

it looks like your JSON validator/processor isn't picking up defined classes (DataTypesEnum, SourceSystem, Column) when their respective definitions are nested inside DatasetMetaData

@lexjansen if most JSON packages can understand the schema then I'd say let's recommend the ones that work, otherwise this should be fixed by declaring the classes outside and nesting them by reference
