Encoding AV1-SVT, 13900k, sound issue.

After encoding a video (AV1, MP4) to AV1-SVT (QP-30 standard), sound no change, I got strange sound issue: when I jump to any scene of a video a sound appears after 5-7 sec. The same setting on my Ryzen 7800x3d - no any issue. Any ideas?

I have found this happens to me with any player that uses ffmpeg as a backend. Players like mpv and so on. I don't get that issue with VLC, gstreamer or phonon based players. Food for thought.
