Watch Folders!

This is one of my biggest gripes with encoding software, especially ones like Handbrake. There needs to be watch folders. I process a ton of videos daily and they get sent to the same folder on a file server. I would love for these files to automatically be added to an encoding queue and set different encoding settings for different watch folders. Being able to automate video encoding would be a total god send. Something akin to Adobe Media Encoder's watch folders would be killer.
