include filename in metadata about submission #27
Description
It would be helpful as a sanity check on the submission page to see the original filename that was uploaded. I often choose a file and then wonder whether I chose the right file (instead of choosing, say, the file from one week before). This would be a helpful way to backtrace any errors as well if there are any questions about the file itself.
