rtl_sdr replacement/example tool

Thank you for your library! I really like to have it in Rust!

What do you think about adding a simple example (probably based on simple_fm example) which mimics the original rtl_sdr tool and outputs IQ data to stdout - so we can use it as a kind of drop-in replacement for this tool and pipe the output for specific decoders?

Is it hard? Can you add this?
