Feature request: Make mouse actions on panel widget configurable

We now have:

Left click: Show the widget
Middle click: Play/pause
Ctrl+Left click: Bring player
Scroll: Adjust volume

I think it would be better if those are configurable in the settings, like this for example:

Left click: Show the widget OR Play/pause OR Bring player
Middle click: Show the widget OR Play/pause OR Bring player
Ctrl+Left click: Show the widget OR Play/pause OR Bring player
Scroll: Adjust volume OR Seek forward/backward #159
