Feature: JACK configuration

Inside the menu:
- selection of configuration profile
- cogwheel button to open configuration window

Configuration window:
- responsive
- intuitive to beginners, should follow a similar scheme as the GNOME sound settings
- separate from extension configuration?
- profile-based configuration
- only dbus-controllable options
- setting for status refresh rate? Or rely on sane default?
