Is there a way to keep windows rounded while they're active?

Firstly, did you read the troubleshooting guide? You have written your config incorrectly so I'm not surprised that things aren't working.

You need to completely kill tmux and restart. You are also missing the server log (which actually loads your config). What did you do wrong?
