README has incorrect instructions

The README currently says to use:

$HOME/.icons

But this does not work. The correct location is:

$HOME/.local/share/icons

Tested on Fedora 42.

.icons is the historical location while local/share/icons is the xdg spec location.

I guess fedora has dropped legacy location support

I believe it's a GNOME thing, or maybe even Mutter. The component that loads icons. :)
