BIOS Inst type options sometimes don't refresh after logging in

On the BIOS dialog, sometimes when logging in (particularly on iOS), the inst type selection doesn't refresh after logging in with Privo. In particular, it seems to happen most on new tabs for some reason.

Steps:

1. Open a new tab.
2. Go to ab1.bot
3. Login with privo (make sure to login to an account that already has all features granted)
4. Observe that the inst types only show ("local inst")
5. Refresh
6. Observe that the inst types show all options
