Add support for multiple tabs in the systemPortal #615
Description
Currently, you can only view a single tag at a time in the systemPortal. It would be really nice if users could drag tags like tabs and dock them to different areas within the systemPortal. As far as implementation, dockview should give us a pretty good base for going along this path.
