IJ Terminal does not automatically `hash -r` on new package installation

If there is a binary for a package in the user's path before hermit install <pkg> it will still take precedence in the user's IJ Terminal until hash -r is run manually.

We should revisit if there is a way of injecting hermit activation scripts to the Terminal
