Further enhancement (cannot create a branch, so via ticket)

Dear all,
I am not allowed to create branches here, so I push changes via tickets ;-)

In order to create less overhead for large repositories of photos during upload (Amazon rejects equal photos after MD5 check), I added a fetch of the entire remote structure before uploading, in order to do the md5 check beforehand locally. This is no perfect sync like rsync, as the location in the tree does not matter for the equality check - but that seems to match, what Amazon does remotely anyway.

Try it out if it suits your needs.
