[bug] InitSelfGuard doesn't work

InitSelfGuard doesn't work in any way. I didn't see any change.

You should start a new process with a new CMD window in InitSelfGuard(), so this CMD window will monitor the CasWAF process. If CasWAF process is dead, then restart it. This should be how it works. So the user can see the CMD window. The CMD window can also print info to console.
