Reorganize README, add screenshots and document xray tiles #100
Description
Right now, everything is in the README.md.
- I think that should just be a top level readme, linking to README in sub-crates.
- Also x-ray generation is not documented at this point in time.
- The top level readme also should contain a bunch of flashy looking screenshots.
