Long Time to Detect Base Layer Tx

[Description]

I deployed sepolia+decaf applcation sent a espresso tx then a base layer. Then I stopped the node.
I started the node again and registered it.
It took a very long time for the node to process the base layer tx.

The L1 tx was on block 8312528

I keep seeing a espresso reader message telling is reading the same L1 block range like this

Hey Lyno. Were you able to re-run it and see if you will encounter the same bug? I tried to re-produce it but the bug didn't occur. The tx were processed very quickly and I don't see log L1 finalized repeating at all

My guess is there's something wrong with the blockchain rpc (Alchemy) endpoint. It might have failed to retrieve input events for some time. Later on, the endpoint was back to be able to retrieve events. That could be why the reader was able to proceed again.

I did another test and the problem persists. It has been more than 1 hour and it hasn't detected the L1 input yet.

Indeed it might be related to rpc I'm using (alchemy).

Note: It seems that the node isn't sending or detecting claims.
The node is returning an error on the evm reader complaining about the range of blocks, which might be affecting the claim detection
