Support for Alpine Linux

Alpine released its 3.20 version with support to riscv64.

Once cartesi/linux-packages#1 gets merged and we start distributing Alpine packages, we will have experimental support for Alpine guests that I would classify as tier 2. This means tools build (including Rust tools), machine guest boots, and rollup tests work locally. However, it's not recommended because it isn't officially tested in our CI or stress tested. The majority of users should still use Ubuntu.

Furthermore, the static builds mentioned in the issue will no longer be needed for Alpine guests, as official Alpine packaging will eliminate this requirement. Additionally, Rust works out of the box now in Alpine using MUSL, so there will be no special treatment for Rust-related components in this repository to support Alpine.
