Fails to download models from hugginface

Description

ImportError: cannot import name 'cached_download' from 'huggingface_hub' ($HOME/.config/blender/4.4/scripts/addons/dream_textures/.python_dependencies/huggingface_hub/init.py)

Steps to Reproduce

I have followed instruction for linux setup.

1. Cloned repository in addon folder
2. Installed dependencies then tried to grab one model.
3. Tried to instll model, it fails to download model.
4. Added huggin face token, tried again, same fail message

Expected Behavior

Start model download so that I can use it in addon
