Configure timeout

I am using changedetection.io and I configured a notification like this

json://100.124.35.98:8088/v1/plugins/changedetection

https://github.com/caronc/apprise/wiki/Notify_Custom_JSON

and I get a connection timeout

How I can configure the 4 seconds timeout?

I tried something like this, but it is not working

json://100.124.35.98:8088/v1/plugins/changedetection?+timeout=10

My service is responding in 4.5 seconds

There is also a Read tieout (rto) you can set too.
