Installation: Error missing file .pth

zzz_register_dansk_encoding.pth is not documented or given in the repository.

I assume it is a standard pth file to set own python paths for dansk but I am not shure what should be in there.

((I am trying to use dansk to build a deutsch (german) package)

Once after installation, you have to run dansk installér which runs the function linked to above.
